Phase 1: Consultation & Design Planning
We begin with:

Phase 2: Permits, Materials & Scheduling
Once you approve the proposal, we:

Order materials
Schedule tradespeople and deliveries
⏳ This phase usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and supply chain.
Phase 3: Demolition & Prep
Time to tear out the old to make way for the new!
